Soil is the pillar of our work and key part of the success of “Zé da Leonor” wine, which we must preserve in the long run. For that we adopt daily sustainable, environmental friendly and socially responsible practices comprising: 

- Sustainable grape growing conservation practices, to maintain biodiversity, soil fertility and habitat health, including use of cover crops and water management. 

- Recycling of the materials that are used in the winery. 

- Acquisition of national, and whenever possible, local materials and products for the winery. 

 This is our contribution; help us by recycling both bottles, cork, and “Zé da Leonor”  boxes.
